3in EVA Backing Pad with 1 1/4in nylon disc with hook surface attachment for all loop-back micro wool or foam pads. Attaches to 69-090 3in Roll on Holder Back Plate sold separately. Converts bolt-on backing plate to accept loop-back micro polishing and compounding pads.
