- These tips help replicate the factory appearance of many textured robotically-applied, OEM seam sealer beads using 3M 1-part (1K) and 2-part (2K) products. Works on seam body seams, floor pans, wheel arches, engine compartments as well as trunk and cargo areas, Rear Floor, Rear Body Panels. Front and Rear Frame Rails, Fire Walls, Strut Towers, and Passenger Floor Panels Available in two styles, they fit a wide variety of 1-part and 2-part sprayable seam sealers. Rotation of the nozzle along with air pressure adjustment allows the technician to adjust the width, texture, and height of the bead. Part of the 3M™ OEM Match family of tips and sealants that can help technicians quickly match OEM seams sealer beads. Built for single-use with no cleanup required.
